“The human body is not a noun, it’s a verb.”

Quote from “Intelligence in the Flesh” by Guy Claxton.  Did you know that as we breathe, digest, move, dance, walk, and talk, we are a sauce of sub-systems within systems within a super system all constantly interacting with each other?  Our body parts are never separate but are always connected and communicating through our ubiquitous fascial web.  Neuroscientists are now saying our bodies are Complex Adaptive Dynamic Systems or CADS for short. Wonderful that science is catching up!
