Fascial Fitness

I just completed the first  four-day training in the United States called Fascial Fitness: Connective Tissue Training with Divo Mueller and Tom Myers.  This revolutionary approach to training your connective tissue (fascia) includes new ways to train the elastic recoil in the body, stretching the myofascial chains in new ways, and rehydrating fascia and joints.
